Approved contractors receive a time-limited setup link to choose their own password. No shared password or password sent in plain text.

Invitations show the business, factory or site route, scope, address, drawings and deadline. Upload a private quotation and cost breakdown.

Track your own quote versions and questions. The team compares submissions and agrees any appointment separately.

Build your product catalogue
Add products to the relevant materials or leisure category. Upload photos, describe specifications and include product or supplier codes.

Add private pricing and delivery details
State your trade price, VAT, unit or pack size, minimum order, lead time, delivery charges and price validity so purchasing can assess the offer.

Submit for Direct SIPs review
Products start as pending review. The team can approve them, request changes or decline them. Approval makes a product available for internal sourcing; it is not a purchase order.

Can other contractors see my quotation?
The proposed live system gives contractors access to their own submissions for jobs they have been invited to. Authorised Our authorised staff review all submissions.
Are supplier prices public?
No. This is a private purchasing catalogue. A supplier sees its own records and pricing; Our authorised staff can review the supplier catalogue. It is not a public online shop.
What if my product does not fit a category?
Choose “Not on the list” when adding your product and suggest the category it needs. Our team can review the proposed category with your submission.
Does approval mean a product has been ordered?
No. Product approval means the team has accepted it into the internal sourcing catalogue. Any order, price and delivery terms must be agreed separately.
Can I join as both a contractor and a supplier?
Tell the team if your business both installs buildings and supplies materials. Account access can be arranged around the services you provide.
What happens after I submit my details?
Contractor applications are verified by email and reviewed by our team before approval. Approved contractors set their own password and receive individual job invitations. Supplier products are submitted for internal review. A quotation or product submission does not place an order.
